We continue to sail up the Red Sea. It is overcast, 31 degrees with a mild breeze. We are now between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We were forced to walk the promenade deck today as all the walkers in the gym were occupied. We both ended up very hot and sweaty and red faced. We might have to try a later start.
The wind has died down and we have a very calm sea. Before we head off to the afternoon gym I order a bucket of ice and we stick a few beers in to chill down. When we get back we sit on the balcony with Ann enjoying a couple of coronas and me a couple of Heinekens. It was 32 degrees but Ann was able to get some shade in the corner. Just before we head off to dinner we get a great sunset over the Red Sea.

Is skipping ports common on world cruises? Hopefully it does not keep happening?
